Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stonemill, we are committed to publishing and delivering high-quality books to readers. Please read the policy below for important information on cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not been processed for shipping.
- To cancel an order, please email shop@stonemill.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong book
- The book arrived damaged or in poor condition
- There was a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted or missing pages)
To initiate a return:
- Email us at shop@stonemill.in within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- If you’re returning an item for any other reason, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
