We strive to provide accurate details of our books and other products. However, minor variations in colour, formatting, or layout may occur. All prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change at our sole discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Process:
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation by email with delivery details.
3.2 Pricing and Taxes:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all platform charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply on international orders and will be displayed at checkout.
3.3 Payment Methods:
We accept payment through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other RBI-authorised gateways. We use secure payment partners to process all transactions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery is typically completed within 7 – 10 business days within India and 15 – 20 days business outside India, based on your location.
- You will be provided with tracking details upon dispatch.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
5.1 Physical Books:
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The book is damaged or misprinted
- You received the wrong item
To initiate a return, email us at shop@stonemill.in with order details and photos of the issue.
5.2 Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customised or personalised books
- Digital downloads or eBooks
- Items returned without original packaging or in used condition.
5.3 Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, images, book designs, logos, and brand elements, are the property of StoneMill or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree:
- Not to use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Not to upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any laws.
- Not to interfere with the site’s operations or security systems.
We reserve the right to block users or cancel orders if these Terms are violated.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not make warranties — express or implied — regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by Indian law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StoneMill Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
